Fully remote
Work from wherever you do your best thinking. We have no headquarters. We have no open-floor-plan distractions. We communicate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time.
Async-first culture
Deep work is the job. We default to written communication, keep meetings rare and purposeful, and design our workflows so that no one loses a morning to a calendar full of standups.
Ownership that matters
Small team, real equity, actual impact. Every person here ships things that our customers use the same day. There are no proxies, no layers, no feature committees. You build, you see it work.
Modern stack, no legacy debt
Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and frontier AI APIs. We chose the stack deliberately and we maintain it carefully. You will never inherit a ten-year-old monolith. We don't move fast and break things — we move deliberately and build things that last.

We take what we build seriously. Our users trust us with their voice, their business context, and their LinkedIn presence. That trust shapes every product and infrastructure decision we make.

Postria is built and operated by Nacre Technology, a small distributed software company focused on editorial intelligence for professionals. Postria is our flagship product — an AI-powered LinkedIn growth studio that helps serious operators plan, draft, and publish LinkedIn content that sounds like them.
We integrate with LinkedIn through their official OAuth 2.0 API and operate as a LinkedIn API partner. We take our responsibilities as a platform partner seriously: no auto-posting, no dark patterns, no data misuse. Our platform integration standards are public and our privacy policy is written in plain language.
