1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using Postria, you represent that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of Postria.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the entity you represent) and Nacre Technology. Your continued use of the service after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Services
Postria is a cloud-based, subscription SaaS platform that provides:
- AI content generation: Drafting LinkedIn posts, comments, and content strategies based on your organisation's knowledge base and brand voice.
- Content scheduling and publishing: Scheduling and publishing approved posts and comments to connected LinkedIn personal profiles and company pages via the official LinkedIn API.
- Intel feed: Surfacing relevant trending LinkedIn posts and conversations in your industry for engagement opportunities, powered by AI-assisted web search.
- Analytics: Displaying post performance metrics (impressions, reactions, reposts, comments) retrieved from the LinkedIn API for posts published through Postria.
- Knowledge base: Storing and indexing your business content (documents, blog posts, website content) to inform AI-generated content and voice calibration.
- Team collaboration: Multi-user workspace management with role-based access control for editorial workflows.
- Media library: Organising brand assets and visual references for use in posts.
Postria operates exclusively through the official LinkedIn API and other officially sanctioned platform APIs. We do not use web scraping, browser automation, or any means of accessing platform data outside of authorised API channels.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service, although we will endeavour to give users reasonable advance notice for material changes.
3. Eligibility
To use Postria, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
- Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law (including, without limitation, sanctions or export control laws).
- If connecting a LinkedIn account, be a LinkedIn member in good standing and have the authority to authorise Postria to act on that account in accordance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service.
- If connecting a LinkedIn company page, have administrator permission for that page on LinkedIn.
Postria is intended for business and professional use. Use of the service for personal, non-commercial social media purposes outside the scope of professional content marketing is not the intended use case, though it is not prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel subscriptions at our discretion if we believe eligibility criteria are not met or these Terms are violated.
4. User Accounts and Organisations
4.1 Account Registration
When you register for Postria, you create a personal user account linked to an organisation workspace ("Org"). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
4.2 Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password for your Postria account.
- Notify us immediately at security@postria.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- Not share your login credentials with persons outside your organisation. Use the built-in team invitation system to add team members.
- Not permit any third party to access or use the service through your credentials.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
4.3 Organisation Workspaces
Postria uses an organisation-first ("Org") model. Every user belongs to one or more organisations. The person who creates an organisation becomes its Owner. Owners may invite additional users with the following roles: Admin, Editor, or Viewer. Role permissions are described in the application help documentation.
The Org Owner is responsible for all actions taken by users within their organisation workspace, including compliance with these Terms, the acceptable use policy, and any applicable third-party platform policies (including LinkedIn's Terms of Service).
4.4 One Account Per User
Each individual may maintain only one Postria user account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits, bans, or feature restrictions is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
5. Subscriptions, Payment, and Billing
5.1 Subscription Plans
Postria is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans, pricing, features, and usage limits are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing or plan features upon reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal cycle.
5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details. Stripe handles all payment card data and is PCI DSS compliant.
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as selected) unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Billing.
5.4 Free Trials
Where we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will activate and your payment method will be charged. We will notify you before your trial expires.
5.5 Refunds
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, provide a refund or credit in cases of verified billing errors or extraordinary circumstances. To request a refund consideration, email billing@postria.app within 14 days of the charge.
5.6 Taxes
Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar tax imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your subscription.
5.7 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected within a reasonable period, we may suspend or terminate your account. Your data will be retained for 30 days after suspension to allow you to reactivate.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use Postria only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and the terms of any third-party platform you connect (including LinkedIn). You must not:
6.1 Platform and API Misuse
- Use Postria to perform any action on a connected social media account that is not permitted by that platform's terms of service, developer policies, or usage guidelines.
- Attempt to access, scrape, or collect data from LinkedIn or any other platform outside of their officially authorised APIs.
- Use Postria to publish content at a rate or volume that violates LinkedIn's API rate limits, spam policies, or automation rules.
- Attempt to circumvent LinkedIn's or any other platform's authenticity systems, anti-spam measures, or content policies.
- Misuse the Postria platform to exceed its stated API call limits or use the service in a way that places unreasonable load on LinkedIn's or Postria's infrastructure.
6.2 Content Restrictions
You must not use Postria to generate, draft, or publish content that:
- Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, and trade secrets).
- Constitutes spam, misleading advertising, or deceptive commercial communication.
- Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely implies endorsement or affiliation.
- Constitutes misinformation or deliberate disinformation that could deceive or harm others.
- Violates any applicable advertising, marketing, or consumer protection law.
6.3 System and Security Violations
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Postria system or network, or breach security or authentication measures without prior written authorisation.
- Access or use any Postria account or data that you are not authorised to access.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any part of Postria.
- Introduce viruses, malware, trojans, worms, or other malicious code.
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access Postria other than through our officially supported API (if available) or authorised integration mechanisms.
6.4 Data and Privacy Violations
- Upload or process personal data belonging to third parties who have not consented to such processing, in violation of applicable data protection law (GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent).
- Use data accessed via Postria (including LinkedIn member data retrieved via the API) for any purpose not directly related to operating your own LinkedIn presence, including but not limited to advertising targeting, data brokering, or building derivative datasets.
- Sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer data retrieved from any connected social media account to any third party.
Enforcement
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund, and may be reported to the relevant platform (e.g., LinkedIn) or law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
7. LinkedIn Integration and Third-Party Platforms
Postria integrates with LinkedIn and may in the future integrate with other social media platforms. This section governs your use of those integrations.
7.1 LinkedIn Terms Compliance
Postria is a developer application built on the LinkedIn API. By connecting your LinkedIn account to Postria, you acknowledge that:
- Your use of Postria to interact with LinkedIn is also subject to LinkedIn's User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Professional Community Policies.
- Postria's API usage is governed by the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. Our use of the LinkedIn API is subject to LinkedIn's oversight and may be modified, restricted, or terminated by LinkedIn at any time.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any content you draft, approve, schedule, or publish through Postria complies with LinkedIn's content policies and community standards.
- You must be a LinkedIn member in good standing and must have the legal right to authorise Postria to act on your LinkedIn account.
- For connected company pages, you must hold administrator permissions for that page on LinkedIn. Connecting a page you are not authorised to manage is prohibited.
7.2 What Postria Does and Does Not Do on LinkedIn
Actions Postria takes on your behalf
Publishing posts and comments on LinkedIn (personal profiles and company pages) that have been explicitly approved by a user with the appropriate role in your Postria workspace. Retrieving post analytics for posts published through Postria. Refreshing your profile information (name, headline, photo, follower count) to keep the app interface accurate.
Actions Postria never takes
Posting, commenting, liking, following, connecting, messaging, or otherwise interacting with LinkedIn without explicit, per-action approval by a real user. Taking any action on your LinkedIn account during free trials or after subscription cancellation. Accessing your LinkedIn messages, InMail, or private conversations. Reading the data of LinkedIn members who are not Postria users.
Data Postria accesses from LinkedIn
Your LinkedIn member ID (URN), name, headline, profile picture, follower count, email (if authorised), company page details (if connected), and post engagement analytics for posts published via Postria. All access is via the official LinkedIn OAuth 2.0 API only.
Data Postria does not access from LinkedIn
Your connection list, messages, InMail, saved jobs, applied-to jobs, browsing history, or any data not explicitly covered by the OAuth scopes you grant during the authorisation flow.
7.3 Authorisation, Revoking Access, and Token Handling
When you connect a LinkedIn account, you authorise Postria to act on your behalf through LinkedIn's OAuth 2.0 protocol. You can revoke this authorisation at any time:
- Within Postria: Settings → Accounts → Disconnect. Disconnecting immediately deletes all stored OAuth tokens for that account and cancels all pending scheduled posts.
- Directly on LinkedIn: linkedin.com/psettings/permitted-services
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are never shared with third parties other than infrastructure subprocessors operating under data processing agreements. For full details, see our Privacy Policy §4.
7.4 Third-Party Platform Dependency and Availability
Postria's integration features depend on third-party platform APIs that are outside our control. LinkedIn and other platforms may change, restrict, suspend, or terminate API access at any time. Such changes may affect the availability or functionality of Postria features. We are not liable for any service interruptions or feature degradation resulting from third-party platform API changes or outages.
If LinkedIn changes its API access policies in a way that prevents Postria from operating key features, we will notify you as soon as practicable and, where possible, provide alternative workflows.
7.5 No Affiliation with LinkedIn or Other Platforms
Postria is an independent third-party application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation, Microsoft, or any other social media platform we integrate with. "LinkedIn" is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Your Content
8.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload, import, or create in Postria ("Your Content"), including your knowledge base documents, post drafts, and media assets. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights in Your Content to us.
8.2 Licence to Postria
By submitting Your Content to Postria, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the service. This licence is limited to what is technically required to operate Postria for your benefit. We do not use Your Content for any other purpose, and this licence terminates when you delete the content or close your account.
8.3 Your Representations
You represent and warrant that Your Content: (a) does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights; (b) does not violate any applicable law or regulation; (c) does not contain personal data of third parties uploaded without appropriate legal basis; and (d) does not violate these Terms or LinkedIn's or any other integrated platform's terms of service.
8.4 No Training on Your Content
We do not use Your Content — including your knowledge base, post drafts, published posts, or LinkedIn data — to train any AI model, ours or any third party's. Your content is used exclusively to provide the Postria service to you.
9. AI-Generated Content
9.1 Nature of AI Output
Postria uses large language models (LLMs) from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Moonshot AI, Perplexity AI) to generate draft posts, comments, strategy suggestions, and other content. AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not reflect your intended meaning.
9.2 Human Review Required
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is published to any platform. Postria requires an explicit approval step before any post is scheduled or published. You must not approve content you have not reviewed. By approving content for publication, you accept full responsibility for that content as if you had authored it yourself.
9.3 No Guarantee of Originality
We do not warrant that AI-generated content is original, free from third-party IP claims, factually accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. You should independently verify factual claims in AI-generated drafts before publication.
9.4 Ownership of AI-Generated Content
To the extent that AI-generated content produced by Postria on your behalf is capable of copyright protection, we assign any such rights to you. We make no claim of ownership over content generated in response to your prompts and inputs.
9.5 AI Provider Terms
Your use of Postria's AI features is also subject to the applicable usage policies of the AI providers we use. These include OpenAI's Usage Policies, Anthropic's Usage Policy, and Google's Generative AI usage policies. We select providers and configure usage policies to ensure compliance with these terms on your behalf. If you use the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) feature, you are also directly subject to that provider's terms.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Postria IP
Postria and its underlying technology, software, user interface, logos, trademarks, trade names, service marks, and product names are owned by Nacre Technology and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Postria's intellectual property other than as expressly permitted herein.
10.2 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding Postria ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, implement, and incorporate that Feedback into Postria without any obligation to you. You waive any moral rights in Feedback to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10.3 Open Source
Postria incorporates certain open-source software components. Your use of those components is subject to the applicable open-source licences. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under those licences.
11. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other in connection with these Terms. "Confidential Information" means any non-public business, technical, financial, or operational information disclosed by one party to the other that is reasonably understood to be confidential.
Each party agrees to: (a) hold the other party's Confidential Information in strict confidence using at least the same level of care it uses to protect its own confidential information (but no less than reasonable care); (b) not disclose the other party's Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent, except to employees, contractors, or subprocessors who need it to perform obligations under these Terms and are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as these; and (c) not use the other party's Confidential Information for any purpose outside the scope of these Terms.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party; (b) was known to the receiving party before disclosure; (c) is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the disclosing party's Confidential Information; or (d) must be disclosed by law or court order.
12. Disclaimers and Warranties
Postria is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including:
- Merchantability: We do not warrant that Postria is fit for a particular purpose or meets your specific business requirements.
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation: We do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time, free of bugs, or free of security vulnerabilities. Maintenance, updates, and third-party outages may cause downtime.
- Accuracy of AI output: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. We do not warrant the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated drafts, strategies, or analytics.
- Platform integrations: We do not guarantee the continued availability of LinkedIn or other third-party platform integrations. Platform APIs are controlled by third parties and may change or be discontinued at any time.
- Marketing outcomes: We make no representation or warranty about the results you will achieve using Postria, including post reach, engagement, follower growth, or business outcomes.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Exclusion of consequential damages: Neither Nacre Technology nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or subprocessors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of Postria, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Cap on liability: Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to Postria in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
- Third-party actions: We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from LinkedIn's or any other platform's decision to restrict, suspend, or modify API access, or from any action taken by LinkedIn on your account in connection with your use of Postria.
- Content published: We are not liable for any consequences arising from content you publish to LinkedIn or any other platform through Postria, including but not limited to account restrictions, reputational damage, or legal claims arising from published content.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for certain types of damage. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nacre Technology and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and subprocessors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Content you submit, approve, or publish through Postria, including any claim that such content infringes a third party's intellectual property rights or violates any law.
- Your violation of LinkedIn's Terms of Service, Professional Community Policies, or any other third-party platform's policies in connection with your use of Postria.
- Any misuse of API access or data retrieved from connected social media accounts.
- Your negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with our defence of such claims.
15. Termination and Suspension
15.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Upon account closure:
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle.
- All LinkedIn OAuth tokens stored for your account will be immediately revoked and deleted.
- All pending scheduled posts will be cancelled.
- Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
15.2 Termination or Suspension by Postria
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:
- You materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy and fail to cure the breach within 10 days of written notice (where cure is possible).
- You engage in conduct that we reasonably believe violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service or API Terms of Use in a way that jeopardises our developer application status.
- We are required to do so by law, court order, or a competent authority.
- We have a reasonable belief that your account is being used fraudulently or for illegal purposes.
Where possible and legally permissible, we will provide 30 days' notice before terminating a subscription for convenience (i.e., reasons other than breach).
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 8 (Your Content — representations), 10 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Disclaimers), 13 (Limitation of Liability), 14 (Indemnification), 16 (Governing Law), and 18 (General Provisions).
15.4 Data Following Termination
After account termination, we will retain your data for up to 30 days to facilitate reactivation. After this period, your personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Financial records required by law will be retained for the legally mandated period regardless of account status.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nacre Technology is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
16.2 Informal Resolution
Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@postria.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly and without formal proceedings. We will respond within 15 business days.
16.3 Dispute Resolution
If informal resolution fails, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by the applicable law of your jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits your right to file a complaint with a consumer protection authority or data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
16.4 Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve any disputes with us on an individual basis only, and waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions. If this waiver is found to be unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, applicable law, or our business practices. When we make material changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account and/or via an in-app banner.
- Where required by law, we will seek your renewed consent before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of Postria after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Postria and may close your account before the changes take effect.
Previous versions of these Terms are available on request by emailing legal@postria.app.
18. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nacre Technology regarding Postria and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is only effective if made in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of Nacre Technology.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, with at least 30 days' written notice to you.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, internet outages, or third-party platform failures.
Relationship of Parties
The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or franchise relationship between you and Nacre Technology.
Notices
We will provide notices to you via email to the address associated with your account or via in-app notification. Notices to us must be sent to legal@postria.app. Notices are effective when delivered.
Language
These Terms are written in English. In case of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version prevails.
